Variance Requests

The following form is available to legal property owners of Coachmans Trail to submit a variance request to the POA Board. 

We encourage you to thoroughly document your request providing as many technical details in support as to why this exception should be granted. Please note that a variance to a covenant or restriction is an exception, not the norm. 

The CT Board has 30 days to request additional information or approve/reject the submission with documented reasoning. Exceptions are evaluated based on impact to the community and availability of viable alternatives. It is the POA Board goal to maintain the integrity of the CC&R as a binding contract applied equally to all property owners.
