Submit a Grievance

The CTrail POA strongly encourages all neighbors to discuss together any concerns they have with the safety, presentation or violations in regard to the neighborhood covenant. 

However, if you feel that a neighbor is in violation of any covenant or restriction legal property owners may submit a grievance to the CT Board using the form below. The CT Board has 30 days to respond to the grievance with all neighbors involved. 

The CT Board reviews all submissions in order received and assesses for severity of impact based on the following criteria:

1. Safety & Security - Is there potential for harm or limiting of emergency services to the neighborhood?

2. Value & Aesthetics - Does the violation possibly lower the value of neighboring homes or appeal of the agreed neighborhood aesthetics?

3. Line of Site and Proximity to Neighbors - Is the violation visible from the street or neighbors' yard or impact general enjoyment of property?
